Garmin waypoint format?

Garmin seems to have a weird waypoint format 7x7 digits, can anyone translate that for me to lat long? Thanks!

Typical GPS waypoint formats are Degrees, Decimal Degrees ------------DD.DDDDD Degrees, Minutes, Seconds -----------DD,MM,SS Degrees, Minutes, Decimal Minutes ---DD,MM.MMM They are interchangeable. http://www.thejump.net/sunset/waypoint.htmThere are other forms of location data also.
