"I am taking my great uncle fishing, I haven't seen him in 50 years, he served in WW I WW II, and Desert Storm, he only has 6 months to live and I would really like to put him on some fish, any help appreciated, not looking for your exact spots but you can pm me if you would like."

Hahaha but for real guys, headed out there sunday for the first time. more concerned about running the lake. any areas to watch for danger? pretty clear on one end versus the other?

are they done spawning? just starting?

Throw plastics on the points in 8-15 ft water and you'll get bit. Any technique will work.

Stay in the middle. If you come into a cove or arm be careful and idle. When headed up north you will run into trees, hard to miss. Stay in-between the orange buoys and idle up north to be safe until you learn the lake. Other than that hammer down.
