A good friend invited me fishing on Wednesday when I finally caught a 10lb 1oz bass! My new PB. I couldn't believe it. Almost fell out of the boat I was so excited. This fish was rather short but had a HUGE belly on her. Looked like she had swallowed a small cantaloupe. I assume that was a combination of eggs and food as this small lake is loaded with bait fish. I was very glad I caught her in December to end my 2015 season and not in January 2016 as my first fish of next year. YIPPEE
