I fish a lot of shallow wood cover. What shakey head is the best at coming through this with the least hangups?

Jewel Shakey Head I'd go for this one. I used to be so loyal to the Buckeye Spot Remover Pro Models until I tried these. The head comes through cover very well and I rarely get it hung up. It has a sturdy a baitkeeper and most importantly, it has a good hook. Highly recommended.

I have been using spot remover brand and have had great results. You can get them at walmart which is very convenient.
See you on the lake and have a great day!

I use the spot remover in all types of cover including wood. I do get hung up on occasions, but with the success and confidence I've had with them I've decided that I can live with that.

You fishing it in a lot of wood? I fish Ray Roberts as my home lake so wood, rocks, and brush all the time. I lose about one a trip but I catch a bunch of fish on them so it doesn't bother me. I like the 3/16 size and I fish them on 8lb. fluorocarbon and spinning tackle.
See you on the lake and have a great day!

Santone makes a great shaky head. It's called the Piglet.

The first shaky heads I ever used were the spot removers but they got hung up too much for my liking. I was constantly tying a new one on. Too much wasted time. I switched to the Owners and have been using them for several years now. I like the Owners way better.
