I'm heading there at the end of the month, I've been once but didn't do very good. just looking for a little help to get me pointed in the right direction. Would y'all say dam side, middle, or river end of the lakes the best?

I havnt been on lbj in a while but really love that lake docks with deeper water and secondary points preferably with grass at the mouths of creeks and coves where I've always done best. Oh as well as cranks on rocky points especially where there is a change of rock composition. I fish mostly mid to lower lake just my .02 good luck

Fished mid-lake two weeks ago, caught about 12 with a small limit probably about ten pounds. Baby brush hogs around mouth of Sandy Creek, biggest fish about three pounds was on a pop-r early, also caught some on a Yum Dinger in the coves between Sandy Creek and the Dam.

You can PM me if you want. I fish the lake a lot.
