 Anyone buy from GrandeBass??

I recently tried to place a order directly from GrandeBass and when I get to checkout it says "Some items cannot be shipped to your address, pick another one"
All I ordered is rattlesnakes, etc, about 12 packs. I tried calling, no luck, I tried e-mailing, no response?
Do they not sell to public or what am I doing wrong?

I have orderes many times from them, something must be wrong with there site. Ships fast and good people to order from.
