I clipped a legendary hard Monticello stump Sunday . Broke the base on my 8 year old power pole . Called Power pole Monday . They sent me a new base , and a complete over haul kit , second day air , no charge . If you can't decide what anchor to buy . Power pole customer service is second to none . Keep your stick on the ice men !!!

dang you did hit one Hard!! and wow that's some nice customer service!! I do admit that when I'm sliding over stumps I wonder what will happen if it falls perfectly onto my Talon bracket or the Talon itself... prob be a huge pain in the [censored] to get off!!

Rudy ,I had just but the boat in gear , slide off the stump strait down on the very end of the pole . I didn't even know it was broke till I got home .

Sheesh!! so many stumps in the Red River that sometimes you hit 15-20 just getting back into a spot and I've been high-centered a couple times and I carry a push pole too but I hope I don't ever have one hit the Talon!!
