See if I can phrase this right for you to understand.
when having multiple screens up. Structure and map. Can't you hold down a button and get the option to change from a vertical structure to horizontal.

No, you have to edit panel size or go into "pages" and select the view/panels you want (different configurations for each page (not what you're asking I know)). But you cannot push a button and just make a vertical panel turn into a horizontal panel.
