Water temp is around 80 +or-. Water is lightly stained to clear depending on where you are on the lake.

I'm new to the area and have only been up there when the water was way down. What does the grass look like now that it's full? Is there shoreline grass, emergent, mats, or is everything out there in deep water now?

No grass that I have seen. Think the flood got all or most of it this year. We'll see if it re-appears later.
