From CNN Today

In a loss for the Obama administration, the Supreme Court ruled today that the Environmental Protection Agency unreasonably interpreted the Clean Air Act when it decided to set limits on the emissions of toxic pollutants from power plants without first considering the costs to industry.

Well, since the owner of Luminant, Energy Futures Holdings, was forced to file for Chapter 11 Bankruptcy due to EPA regs and a lawsuit by The Sierra Club (since dismissed), it may give them some recourse with the gubment. Time will tell, but this will be tied up in courts for another couple years. Meanwhile, Monticello should keep on chugging.

I think I read the decision only remanded to the lower court to force EPA to 'consider costs' in their regs. So, not much. They'll find a way to make the regs they want through some sort of cost-shifting.
