Heading to Athens lake tomorrow. What is the best ramp to use and is there a fee. Any known obstructions that I need to watch for? Will be my first time on this lake. Thanks in advance.

Only a few "obstructions" I have seen, so by simple deduction the odds of hitting one are very small.

I have only seen a couple stumps off a few points.

Only obstructions
1.) big pipe on left as leaving Narina Cove, marked by white PVC poles
2.) stumps on first major point on right when headed toward the dam, none marked but you will see the big tree
3.) stumps on next major lake point on the way to the dam, outer stump marked with red ball. Other stumps not marked, stumps are on the west side of point
4.) most points extend a ways out into the lake, but at the current level they are not an issue, but are good places to fish

Just fish downwind weed beds on points & look for major drop offs for schooling fish
