Just talked to my dad! Lake is back open and he said it has sort of a east tx tea color(on the old side) but the lake looks really good! Lake is about 2 ft high and they have stopped releasing water for a couple days! So fishing should start getting really good! He caught 5 good keeper crappie this morning out of our bare(brushless dock)! She head headed out to chop down some Willow trees to get it brushed up! As far as the bite I have no clue! Look for schools of fish on the new side! Docks and new flooded stuff on the old side
