Just got my summer angler catalog and wow is it just me, their prices are getting pretty pricey. I mean $6.79 for a rat-l-trap when Walmart has them for $ 4.29. and seems like Strike King has gone up quite a bit also, you put KVD on a lure and you can add two bucks to it right there.

i think academy has a rat l trap sale right now at 4 dollars... and i think at bass pro they were going to have at 4 rat l traps for 10 bucks.

Go to Cardpool.com and buy BPS gift cards for 16.5% off. I've bought like 600 in GC's from there this year.
You do have to do some identity verification. There is a $5 off coupon for your first order floating around. After your first purchase the gift cards are delivered really quickly (always choose mobile gift cards, they arrive in 5 minutes after your first order).

Rat l trap at academy $3 Bass pro 4 rat l trap for $10 Correct that is the BPS Fathers Day Sale right now but only applies to 1/2 oz. I plan to swing by and pick up a few by or before this weekend.

Have you seen the Bass Pro Shops in Memphis...Pyramid. We are paying for all the overhead of operating places like this.

We are paying for all the overhead of operating places like this. This is true but we are also paying for BPS' sponsorship of shows like Honey Hole, Major League Fishing, Zona's Awesome Fishing Show, and BPS is a Premier B.A.S.S. sponsor. Do I spend most of my fishing dollars at BPS? No, but I don't mind the occasional trip there to help support a sponsor of so many things I enjoy and also a place that has a big impact on the local economy.
