Looking for outdoor boat storage covered or not near 75 and mockingbird area in Dallas or near white rock lake. Any thoughts?

Public storage at Hall and 75 looked to have outdoor uncovered storage available when I had a unit there
I'm in the M Streets and ended up just putting my boat in enclosed storage in Lewisville though

I'm in the same area and haven't been able to find anything good. I ended up in Mesquite by Ray Hubbard, but I don't really like my unit because it's a really tight squeeze to back in. Unfortunately, I had to call 5 or 6 places before I found that opening. Time to build one.

Our church uses a storage facility for our 24ft trailer right off Mockingbird and 75...just east of the hotel on the Southeast corner.
been using it for 4 years....a few boats and campers are there too...
