Thinking about going tomorrow. Just wondering if the lake is muddy from all the rain? Thanks for the input.

It was pretty clear yesterday. Seemed to be almost normal on the main lake. Creek coves are stained.

Getting a lot of rain now, so I expect it to stain a little more. If you go, look for my boat, 19'Red and white Legend. I will probably be on the main lake.

It is official. No word on how long. Check with AMWA. Looking at the lake, it's going to be a while.

They are evacuating a lot of people around the dam. There is a possibility of a dam breach from the info on the news.

The dam breach is NOT the Athens Dam. In fact, it is the Athens Fish and Game Club dam, upstream from Lake Athens. I posted a pic of the breach in the other thread started by James Caldemeyer.

historically, at what level will the ramps reopen? and generally, how long will it take to get there without the extra water from above or rain.
