Got this beautiful 5 pounder just before sunset Saturday, was using a pumpkin seed jr. brush hog. Caught over 20 fish this weekend between my wife and I. Most fish ranging between a pound or two, this one was the best catch of the weekend!

Nice fish. A buddy and I fished Gibbons Saturday morning from our kayaks (roughly 8 - noon). I caught five and he caught four. Most were in the 2.5 - 4 lb range. It was a beautiful and fun morning on the lake and the lake looks much better than it has in several years IMO. I have been avoiding Gibbons because of negative comments on this and another board, but my friends have had good luck in recent weeks and our Saturday trip was fun.
