 Dobyns Rod Repair Rockwall Area

I have a Dobyns 807 Mag HSB in need of a couple of eye repairs. I need recommendations of places/people to do it (preferably close) with a short turnaround. Thanks in advance for your help.

Charner or Wackemaster here on TFF with Trinity Custom Rods. They just did a repair for me on a Dobyns. http://www.trinitycustomrods.com

Ron with reeltime rods may still pickup at Rockwall marine. Check with either to see if it still happens. Ron takes the time to epoxy tips and do it correctly. I had a guy in mesquite area do it once and all he did was half arse glue it on. He never "repaired" another one...

Ron at ReelTime Rods repaired one of my Dobyns rods last year......did a great job He picked mine up a couple years ago in Garland and did a great job on my Dobyns repair, still going strong! Ron would be who I'd suggest.

I picked my rod up from Mat and he did a great job, and fast. I dropped it off early in the week, and have it ready to fish this weekend. He already has Dobyns eyes on hand, and the rod is still under warranty after he fixes them. Thank you guys for the recommendations, he came through for me!

He will have all my business. I have been thinking about having him make me a rod. I just got to figure out what type I want.

That's good info to have! Didn't know Mat has the eyes ! And he's really close! I'm sure I'll step on one of mine before too long
