took the pics on cedar creek in november. Are the spots im seeing fish/bait? Just curious

I'd say fish especially the big dot on your downscan. Look at the shadows on the left. Also on the right the fish I'm guessing were on the move with you judging from the length of the lines.

Image is kinda grainy, looks like you need to adjust your contrast to get a crisper picture. Kinda hard to say but they dont really look like fish to me. What is your scroll speed set at?

Fish usually show up as white marks like you see there. If you go to bassboatcentral they have tons of screenshots in a HB image interpretation forum.

Looks like fish to me suspended a few feet off the bottom. Baitfish look more like clouds!
