braid or mono for top water

ive been using 20lb mono for my topwaters excluding frogs. does anyone use braid and whats its advantage other than theres no stretch.

I like it for all topwaters but some have a good point that it pulls the hooks out of the fish to easily. It is a must for floating frogs as it looks like you know.

oh yeah i use nothing less than 50lb braid for frogs but ive never had a problem with the stretch in mono it seems like the fish set there self

Well we caught a 12lb sack today tying straight to braid it depends on the water color really if the water is muddy you can get away with braid for clear water def throw mono or in thick stuff throw braid with double uni knot mono leader

i like 30# briad unless the water is really clear. for frogs ill go to 50#
