Between work and sports, I don't have much time to cook. But that doesn't mean I don't eat good. It just means I generally stick with quick and easy recipes. And I'm not crazy about veggies...but this is surprisingly good. Squirt butter works good and helps everything stick. But it's just butter, salt, chile powder and parmesan (cotija substitute). You might add a squirt of lime, if that's your thing.

love corn on the cob and it's that time of year. tasted some raw right off the stalk last week. man it was sweet. that's lookin good. that there will get your mustache smellin good!

We grill it in the shucks. Good stuff. I start it that way, then peel it and finish off on the grill. Burns off the little hairs I missed.
