I just had some the other day and it was pretty tasty. Got me thinking, could you just put bacon on a food dehydrator?

Don't usually make jerky from meat that has fat in it. However, you never know until you try. A dehydrator should be great to try it on.

I had some from a company named Savage Jerky. It was damn good. they have several types Maple and Siracha

I love bacon and tried bacon jerky once. Not a fan.
