$80------they better be sharp, and stay that way. way out of my price range, i still use old hickory carbon steel knives. got to sharpen them before every use, but they be sharp!

I bought my favorite knife 15 years ago for $10 at the grocery store. Learn how to sharpen it and take care of it correctly and you don't need to spend that much money to slice a tomato.
One of the ways my husband spoils me is keeping my knives razor sharp.
