Anyone use this? Just wondering if it's worth it or have you used it couple of times and it gone to the back of the closet

I use it some when I'm short on time however it's not my favorite way to cook. The food is mediocre at best but it's definitely a way to cook an easy meal. My only advice is to try it you might like it. Oh and use plenty of seasoning my food always comes out bland

Haven't used my new Can Cooker Jr. yet. Still need a rack for it. But will use it soon!

Hope it all works out.

Many recipes do not require a rack. CanCooker used to not push them at all. I noticed over the last year that suddenly almost all of their recipes refer to using the rack when I know those same recipes didn't mention it in the past. For what they sell 50 cents of wire for....I can smell the motive.

We have never had to scrub anything loose in ours. I've even forgotten to spray it before loading ingredients, been worried about what I had done, and found it to be just the same when it came time to clean - no issue.

We have a Jr. because it's usually just 2 of us. I gave my buddy the full-size one for Christmas last year since he often cooks for a big group at our hunting camp. I've seen it used a lot, and he has turned out some great meals with it.

We like the recipe that's something like "zesty Italian Chicken". It has the namesake salad dressing, corn on the cob (frozen will work fine we found), and potatoes with other veggies. We started adding even more veggies, like a bag of frozen green beans. For all the recipes, be sure to use the full amount of liquid as the steam is what does most of the cooking - short on liquid, short on steam.
