I resealed the whole lower unit with new seals and everything.I used triple guard grease for all bearing and evinride gasket sealer i pulled the bearing housing and resealed That also and greased it.My issues is I put everything back together and turn the prop by hand is really tight it will spin but you have to put a little pressure on it,Is this suppose to happen when you see reseal a lower unit? Do i need to run it awhile on the lake to loosen it up ? There is no binding when put in forward and reverse so I'm not sure what the deal is?

If you use the Sierra seal kit, the prop seals will be pretty tight for a while.
