Had my power head rebuilt last spring. Noticed some residue last few times I loaded up in November. Was out cleaning my boat and noticed more. Just wondering what might be causing it.

I would think a water leak.

That's what it looks like. Zing is good for removing water spots and not hurt paint

I found the power head nuts on my 05 Opti and friends 06 Opti all loose. Split the cowling, re-torque all nuts in sequence to spec. Use some blue Loc Tight. Easy task.
