My 200 Yamaha motor is vibrating at low RPM's. Is this coming from my prop? If so, what would it be?

that would be my first guess. a bent fluke or even a bent shaft. is it on a trailer where you can spin it and check for alignment. the end of the shaft should spin perfectly symetrical. you should be able to see if a fluke is bent. pull the prop and check for line around the shaft too.

Its spins fine, no issues with shaft.

What about a nick in the prop? It looks like the motor was to low and nicked/scuffed the prop while loading.
