 Issue with pump on Triton TR-20 xs

I have a 2010 Triton TR 20 XS. It has the push button switches at the console. I was running my reciculator pump the other day and I noticed that the pump was no longer running. I went to see if it was on and the starboard reciculator light switch was flashing. The pump would not run.
Is this a pump issue or electrical/switch issue?
