Im looking for some advice on where to mount a Helix 10 transducer on my 07 Basscat Puma. I have a jackplate and it looks like it will block the side shot of the transducer. Any advice is appreciated.

Put a hole shot plate on the jack plate and mount it there using a Transducer Shield bracket

Can you screw it to the transom centered under the jack plate?
