I'm not sure if it's called a "trim connector" so I attached a pic of the problem. Is this an easy do it yourself fix or is it more involved than it looks? Any feedback would be appreciated!!

Post a better photo and rotate it 90 degrees so we know what we are looking at.

you will need a new tilt ram rod.
