This will be my first time to change the oil and I have a question. When I put the 2 screws back in, do I use loctite on the threads?

Nooooooo, probably never get them off, but make sure you replace both screw washer seals on the screws though.

Put the top one in first keep the spout in the bottom hole then the bottom and don't use loctite

Do not refill from the top! Use the hose and adapter to fill from the bottom

Make sure you don't accidently leave the old washers in place. Sometimes they will stick in there and you don't notice. It will leak with two washers in place.
