I Believe the Keal seam is separated is is leaking a lot to much for the bilge to keep up. On the trailer it poors out thru the center. Thanks

Has the boat been sitting in salt water. It sounds like the center weld is corroding away. Is the welded seam exposed or is it covered by a keel strip of some kind. If the hull seam is has a keel cover on it but it is not welded completely on both sides sealing the seam, it can hold water which if allowed to sit can cause corrosion in the weld. I had a G3 that did that, but it was from salt water and a lack of basic maintainence

The boat does have a Keal gaurd that is not welded completely on booth seams. This boat has never been in salt water and has always been covered and lifted in the front so all water drains. Maybe I hit something or getting high centered trolling through some stumps mayhave split the weld?this is a 24'large wide v hull deck boat made for fishing. When repaired should I have the Keal guard completely welded so no water can get in?

If it were me, I would have it welded completely on both sides. My buddy's Crestliner and my Seaark are done that way, but they use an extruded aluminum keel, the two sides of the hull slip into a groove and the entire thing is welded up tight. There are probably many other builders that do the same thing.
If there is a way to lift the floor, I would also check the area of the leak for cracked welds in the rib supports.

Bob has you on the right track. You might call Lowe and get a name then find out if they have developed a part for this problem.
