I just bought an alumicraft. The decks are wood so I want to replace them. What thickness of aluminum should I get?

I would probally use .250 aircraft alu. it is stout for sure. You can more than likely get away with .125 supported. If weight is an issue use the .125. This is not inexpensive that said aircraft aluminum is the best.

My G3 is all aluminum. I can't find a spec on the deck being different, so I would guess it is all made out of the same material.

It all depends on how it is braced. Aluminum will crack if it is flexed at all. I wouldn't go any thinner than .125 but 3/16 to a quarter may be needed if you are spanning long areas without bracing.
