need a couple of rivets replaced and a tune up on the motor. Any recommendations? 16' flatbottom and 25 horse Yamaha

Try sturms welding in Pilot Point for the hull work. There are plenty of guy who advertise engine work in the for sale area. Basic tune up work is pretty straight forward if you have basic hand tools. You may give it a shot and save yourself some labor money.
