i'll be doing ECU flashes here at the shop. as most know, i'm a NIZPRO Super Charger dealer and installer.
well.. nizpro has written a nice powerful ecu program for those that don't want the supercharger.
cost is 640.00 and i do them right here in my shop.
pm me here or email me at info@hydrodynamics-usa.com
i should be licensed in the next day or two.
thanks Steve.

Steve How does this effect the warranty? if you stay with the stock limiter, it won't effect it. if you choose the 7k limiter and run it there... it'll show up if they ever pull the max rpms off the computer if you have an issue.

more horsepower and torque through out the midrange. better hole shots much better midrange power and of course ... a mph increase.. usually requiring a new prop of around 2 degrees higher pitch. 7-12 mph increase.
and a high percentage of the time the fuel economy improves as well as the tune is very effecient.

If speed isn't an issue, should I just stay with my std 250 on an FX21?

If speed isn't an issue, should I just stay with my std 250 on an FX21? your the only one that can answer that. as far as "other" benefits. more available power from an ecu flash means 1) quicker hole shots, reducing fuel consumption 2) quicker and more power at mid range means a tad higher speed at that mid range 3) of course top end is there when or if you want it.

I have a std 25T1 prop. Need to change? How long to do it? depending on how many rpms you currently turn, you may need to go up 1 to 2 degrees in prop pitch. once i get the serial # and model # to nizpro to verify the current program (which can take 1 to 2 days) in house it'll only take me about 30 minutes to do.
