 Lower unit stuck. i need knowledge!

hey guys, switching out my impeller on my 01' yammy vmax 150
i have all of the bolts taken out of the lower but i cant get it pulled away from the motor for the life of me.
I've tried a good palm smack to a rubber mallet and was hoping someone knows a trick or is willing to give me a tip
edit, i made some progress with a wedge and a jack. lubed it up pretty good gonna let it sit while i go get lunch

did yu remove the bolt under the trim tab

Did you disconnect the shift rod ?

Did you get the one under the trim tab and the one you have to remove the rubber plug to get too?

Then move the throttle to forward or backwards, might have to do this when you re-insert the lower too. (Surely being a 2 day old thread you figured it out, but nobody ever post back so......)
