 Best prop for 250 sho on bass boat?

I have a new 2016 FX21 with a 250 with Yamaha prop and it just isnt hitting the speed and hole shot that my 2011 same set up did. I was wondering if anyone has found a prop that performs better?

the shomax 25 t1 is your go to prop unless you do not have poles or talons. Then go with the 26 fxp. Have you check prop shaft height yet?
