Has anyone changed from a single to a dual console and have any extra parts? I am wanting to go from a dual to a single console.

Call Ranger. I'm sure they will sell you all the trim pieces you need and it probably won't be that much more than what used would cost you. They have always been fair priced on everything I have ever gotten from them.
