Let me start off saying these guys are the best in the business. History;the weekend of April 25 when fishing Lake Fork I had contact with a stump even thought the lake was full there are still a couple out there that can be a problem. However it didn't strip the hub a friend of mine pointed out after loading the boat on the trailer that the prop-shaft appeared to be bent. I contacted Bob at Worldwide Marine and John at Rockwall Marine on the 27th and took the boat to the shop on the 28th and talked to the claim representative from Progressive the same day. By Thursday the 30th a check was left with Rockwall Marine and John informed me to begin with that they were backed up as any good shop would be this time of year and it might take a couple of weeks. I told John that I needed it the 18th because I have my vacation scheduled on the 18th to go back to Fork for the week. Well that was after a couple of days that went by because the adjuster failed to tell me to authorize the repair when I talked to him. John said it shouldn't be a problem, and low and behold the guys had it ready and I picked it up on the 14th. Now it's all packed up and ready to go as me and my wife will set out to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary for a week on Lake Fork. I can't say enough for John, Tommy and all the guys at Rockwall Marine but they are the best and I certainly will Highly recommend them to anyone.

Tommy Yett's and his crew are top notch. They do all of my service and John his shop foreman and Hayden his lead tech are amazing group. They have never let me down or disappointed me in any way.
I also have Bob as my boat insurance agent. I have used him for 5 years and luckily only had to make 1 claim but he went way out of his way to make sure everything was handled and repaired. I have been very impressed with him.
