 Revo STX gear conversion question

I have a revo stx gen 3 6.3 to 1 and I was thinking about swapping the gears for the 7 to 1 or 8 to 1. Will the gear sets swap out ? Or are the frames fitted for the gears? I have 4 reels in 6.3 to 1 so that's why I'm thinking of swapping gears instead of buying a new reel.

You should just need part #'s 1281183, and 1281184. Drag stack is same across all ratios so you should be fine with changing out just the main gear and pinion gear. I did this same thing on a Tatula with great results.

I am the opposite
I have too many 7.1.1 and wish I had more lower gear
