About to pull the trigger on a new redfish rig. Going on a Waterloo or Castaway rod. Was planning on purchasing a Shimano Stradic 4000 spinning reel but came across the new Lew's Mach Crush for half the money. Seems like a nice reel but don't know how well it stands up to saltwater.

Anyone use Lew's reels?

There all very similar inside. I would go with Shimano because of you there service. Shimano hands down has the best service and I should know, I’ll deal with them all constantly and Shimano is always on it when I need parts.
