Hey guys I'm looking for a rod (Cherrywood HD) carried by Academy it she CWD701MLC 7'0 Medium Light Casting Rod . I know its a cheap rod but my previous one lasted for years and only cost me $15.00 , just started a new job recently so i'm a little tight in budget , I have checked 3 Academy so far and have not been able to find this specifice model . If anyone happens to see one please give me the whereabouts and I will go straight out to get it . Thanks guys .

Did you look on the academy on line site? They seem to have some things that's not in the stores or look on the site for cherrywood rods.

That rod is built by Berkley. Good rod, I used a couple of them for many years, many years ago. I have two that I bought in '14. I'm not sure about the Sports Academy stores near me. I haven't looked at rods lately, but will next time around.
