Having trouble finding wheel bearings for my Charger boat trailer.

Auto supply stores don't carry them, and I can't find anything on-line.

Any help or suggestions?

Last time I replaced them, I ended up going to the Charger Dealership in DeSoto, but they're long gone. I remember telling the parts guy, "I'm really having trouble finding these things at car parts stores." He replied, "Yeah, you won't find these at those places" Leading me to think that they're pretty unusual, or something.

Any Help?

Seal NOK AD 2527E One Mfgr. website also said that this seal was not to be used on axles submerged in water. So, why were these on my trailer ???

I found those at Parts Plus when I needed to replace bearings in my old Champion trailer.

Be sure to buy bearings made in USA. The one from China are [censored].

wally: Good luck on that! The U.S. bearing companies pretty much gave the small bearing business to the Chinese. It'll probably take a lot of searching to find U.S. made trailer bearings anymore.

To the original poster: Try Redneck Trailer in Arlington(really Mansfield). They'll probably have what you need. Two seals, 4 races and 4 cups for my little 4-lug hubs were under $10! Unbelievable. No wonder the U.S. bearing people gave that to the Chinks.

Purvis was able to supply me with American made bearings for everything on my 53 NAA tractor rebuild. Try them but take a fat wallet.

For every bearing, race and seal size there are several different part numbers depending on manufacturer. You just need to know what size you need.

Found em. Actually ordered them on-line from Advanced Auto Parts.
