Looking to replace a Hummingbird 898C in dash mount with a Garmin 93SV. Does anyone know the size of cut out the 898c has. Just want to make sure the new Garmin will cover the existing hole before I buy it. Or will I have to have a plate cover the hole?

Go the Humminbird website https://www.humminbird.com/Category/Support/Product-Manuals/Scroll down to Installation Manuals and download the first one listed for the 900 series. That is the same size as the 800 series.
