Just installed a Fortrex 112 and the trolling motor head and cable are pointing in the down position, how do you turn it so it aims toward the foot pedal in the rest position? The arrow and the motor itself are in alignment as they should be. Thanks

There should be a couple of screws just below the trolling motor head. Loosen those to adjust head to the desired position and retighten

Loosen the depth adjustment knob and turn the head and upper shaft where you want it.
