What is the best product to fill in holes from a trolling motor bracket? I am installing a slide bracket and there are a couple of holes that need to be filled in

Tape bottom of hole with duct tape & fill with marine tex, epoxy or fiberglass resin till it sets up. Flush on top, redrillable $ solid mounting holes for new unit base. Drill new holes & mount new base. Easy peasy
