Over the weekend my TM foot pedal locked up. Felt like the cables binded up in the housing. I think i may have done one too many 360 turns. Does anyone know how to fix this without having to put it in the shop?

Replacing the cables is a relatively easy DYI fix. Take the top of head unit off and see what they look like. I also had the bottom bearing on the shaft go out and experienced the same symptoms as you describe. Didn't know the bearings were of the open design type and required periodic lubrication.
