I have it front and back. I would not have it any other way.

Looks like it would be really confusing as the trolling motor changes orientation. I guess you would learn to compensate.

With the right equipment/adjustments, turning the trolling motor is not an issue since the screen scrolling is slow enough that turning is not recorded. Four turns in this image when I was checking a spawning are. Caught both of the bass too:

I turned the trolling motor 180 degrees when I first saw the brush pile to slow down to get more detail:

Wayne, I would really like to see a couple of more detailed photos of your 360 mount. It's kind hard to tell how you did it from the photo.

The 360 clamp is made to fit a Minnkota shaft. Transducer Shield and Saver has an adapter that makes up the shaft diameter difference of a Motor Guide:

Then the clamp is attached to the adapter:

Doesn't mounting it on the trolling motor shaft interfere with adjusting the depth of the trolling motor?

It can BUT you position the clamp to give you the TM depth you need.

The 360 transducer has to be high enough that the trolling motor prop does not hit it.
The clamp position is adjustable on the trolling motor shaft and the transducer shaft is adjustable in the clamp.

It just looks like the TM shaft would interfere with the sonar beam from the 360, but I guess that's negligible.
