Spent the last couple of days upgrading my electrical system on my Sea Ark 1872 CC to 24V, getting ready to install the new Riptide. All of the 12V charging stuff had to go away and there is space for the alternator charger and also the Pro Mariner 20A charger. Everything was one with Blue Sea and Marinco, and Ancor marine grade tinned wireI also ran a power wire for the bow fishfinder and the wiring to add a tilt/trim switch on the bow. The wire was pretty easy to run from the console to the bow. I went under the console, cut an opening in the floor so I had room to work, and pulled the wiring along with a messenger for the future F Ethernet cable if I decide to go with that. I still have to mount the base for the FF base pedestal and connect some wiring.. No big deal..

Very clean install.

If those are the plastic battery hold downs, I would upgrade them ASAP.
