need help, im on the last steps but its fighting me.. anyone who knows how to get it done plz pm me. I have converted the gps coords to gpx files but cannot get them to show up on humminbird pc. It put a matrix folder, but when I click on waypoints. nada.

When you say "you cannot get them to show up on HumminbirdPC" what exactly do you mean. What procedure are you following? You have to "open" the gpx file with HumminbirdPC before it will show up. When you "upload" the file to your card it will create the "matrix" folder AND it will convert the gpx file to the proper format that your unit will recognize. This is all done when the gpx file is transferred to the card. When you open the "matrix" folder your waypoints and routes will be contained in a .hwr file. If you have any tracks, each one will be listed separately as a .ht file. You can use GPS Babel to convert files to the .hwr & .ht files & put them them in the matrix folder. However, it is best to let humminbirdPC do that. HumminbirdPC will automatically fix any errors or discrepencies you may have in your gpx files. If you have any problems, you can p.m. me & I'll try to see if we can get everything fixed.

Be sure to create a GPX 1.1 with Gpsbabel under Advanced options. The default is a 1.0 which HBPC cannot read.
