 Lowrance HDS touch 9 question

I've got a touch 9. On the "chart" screen, the map use to show me where I'd been. Kinda like bread crumbs. I don't know if I messed something up in the settings or what. Could someone please tell me how to get those back. Thanks for your help.

open up the main menu screen, look on the left and it will say trails. Push trails button and it will bring up a screen where you can start a new trail. Name it what you want and then hit save.
